The Met Gala is one of the biggest nights in the fashion calendar, as Anna Wintour assembles the ultimate guest list to celebrate the opening of the annual fashion exhibit at the Met Museum in New York. This year’s theme—Camp: Notes on Fashion— saw some of the most spectacular looks we’ve ever seen on the steps of the Met Museum.
Lady Gaga’s entrance doubled as a performance, as she arrived in a voluminous pink gown by Brandon Maxwell, which she stripped off into several other looks as she walked up the stairs. Another headlining outfit is her co-host Harry Styles who wore a Gucci black sheer ruffled blouse, tailored black trousers, high heels and an oversized pearl earring with a bee at the base. His stylist Harry Lambert said to Miss Vogue: "The look, I feel, is elegant. It's camp, but still Harry."

Kim Kardashian-West wore a wet-look latex dress by Mugler dripping in beads— "This is about eight months in the making … He envisioned me this California girl stepping out of the ocean, wet, dripping,” Kim said of her dress. Meanwhile her husband Kanye West wore a zip-up Dickies jacket that is £32 from Target. Serena Williams wore a yellow Atelier Versace floral gown, which she paired with neonNike x Off-White Air Force One trainers.
